Payment

RippleRock Limited will pay any additional fees resulting from the use of our online credit card payment system. However, in the event of a cancellation by the customer, these fees may be redeemed from the refund transaction to the customer’s credit card (the same card as used for payment).

We provide an option to transact via an invoice arrangement with the provision of a purchase order or other suitable authorisation. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of booking and before the course commences. We reserve the right to refuse course participation where payment has not been received.

Cancellation, substitution or transfer

Customers can claim a full refund where a course booking is cancelled in writing, 15 business or more days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made 10 or more business days before the event will be credited toward future events, however, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling course attendance within 10 full business days or less will be subject to a transfer fee of £100. No refunds or credits will be available for participants that fail to attend all days of the course.

Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to commencement of the course.

We may cancel courses for low attendance up to 5 business days prior to the start date or in the event of trainer illness where we can’t arrange a qualified alternative. Should your course be cancelled, you will be offered your choice of a discount on the next appropriate instance of the course or a full refund.
