Colin Bird
Senior Agile Coach, Trainer & Consultant
Although best known for my long association with Scrum, I love everything Lean, Agile and Kanban. I get a buzz out of catalysing new ideas, collaboration, creativity and innovation to engage the full potential of teams and leadership. I am a member of the TAC (Trainer Approval Community) for the Scrum Alliance and a collaborator on a Scaling Principles & Practices initiative.
Away from work, I try and squeeze in way too many sports and hobbies: road cycling up mountains, trail running with my dog, sailing, skiing, diving and lots of DIY projects!

Bazil Arden
I really enjoy working with people to adopt and adapt the deeper principles that underpin Agile. Currently exploring ways to better support leaders in highly adaptive organisations.
Over the last 16 years my average client engagement has been around 18 months, enabling me to get deep into the challenges and culture of clients. I love creating the deep rapport and trust that enables me to challenge and support people who are creating a better world.
Outside of work I love cooking and make an addictive chilli jelly, swimming in the Thames, cycling and dancing and can be found exploring the UK in our new VW Campervan.

Helen Meek
Also known as the ‘Kanban Queen’! I love everything about Kanban and there is literally nothing that I cannot apply it too! But, I am not a one-trick pony and have vast experience with Scrum as well. Ultimately, I am about helping people and organisations evolve to truly unlock their full potential. I run several meet ups and am heavily involved with the community. Say ‘Hi’ the next time you see me.

Alex Gooding
& Agile Consultant
Originally a Martian aerospace engineer, at heart I am an engineering and data geek. I am passionate about all thing’s technology, engineering and metrics. I am very hands on and love to solve problems, be they process, technical, software or people – it is what gets me up in the morning. Outside of work I can often be found running, practicing Brazilian Jui Jitsu, creating robots and drones, or playing with my two boys.

Rory Street
Senior Developer & Systems Architect
Having been in the industry for over 20 years, I love nothing more than to see an idea develop from fruition to completion and the feedback that comes from that solution being used and the process to support it. I enjoy developing and supporting software and helping others to do the same and understand the journey doesn’t just stop with delivery.
I’d describe myself as a technology geek, and my kids would describe me as an amateur gamer as I try to keep up with them in their online games and the great outdoors mountain biking.

Andy Carr
The world of digital technology and all that it encompasses is my passion. My wealth of experience in both the public and private sector, working actively across design, development, research and project management, uniquely allows me to integrate across team environments. When I’m not working (which is always), you’ll find me watching Formula One and cooking fresh pizza in the garden.

Shaneen Illanes
The creative one. I am passionate about people and enjoy working closely with individuals and teams to help propel them along their agile journey. I love to find creative new ways to help teams and stakeholders to collaborate closely together, particularly when navigating the challenges of a remote working environment. Away from the office and the RippleRock family, I enjoy martial arts, travel, cooking and eating Bazil’s chilli jam.

Agile Consultant
The loud (musical) one. I am passionate about creative solutions, theoretical deep dives and thinking outside of the box. You can find me in selenium, azure or anything Lean Coffee Table. Building efficient systems and evolving Scrum Mastery is built into everything I do. A well-functioning team is like a good band: communication, creativity and mindset that includes the audience (or customer) is vital to its success. Ask me about wasabi farming.
